We can help individuals struggling with their mental health who have encounters with law enforcement and the justice system.
In some instances, you may need a clinical explanation as to how your mental health issues impacted your involvement with law enforcement.
In an effort to support our clients and the communities in which they live, we offer Legal Services that include:
Mitigation for court proceedings:
- Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations for court proceedings
- Develop formal court reports about the history and background of clients to assist in court proceedings
- Identify and outline alternatives to incarceration if mental health or addictions counseling is needed
- Work with attorneys to coordinate a holistic approach to the representation
- Provide referrals for treatment and support services
